Job Title: REACH (Regional ESOL Assessment Central HUB) Officer
Contract: Fixed term until end of March 2025. Part time 0.8 FTE contract.
Salary: £21,278 - £22,790 per annum pro rata
Location: Cardiff and Vale
Cardiff and Vale College is looking for a REACH (Regional ESOL Assessment Central Hub) Officer to provide administrative and ESOL specific support to the REACH project and manager ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to ESOL referrals across the city enabling learners to access provision at the earliest possible point thereby reducing the ESOL waiting list.

- To support the REACH Coordinator in strengthening partnerships with ESOL providers across the city in order to identify gaps in provision and avoid duplication
- To support the REACH Coordinator in establishing demand for ESOL provision across the city by liaising with providers and key partners
- To support the REACH Coordinator in the day to day tasks of the Cardiff REACH hub
- To support the REACH Coordinator in maintaining all publicity information including a REACH website
- Welsh language skills would be desirable for this post.
