The role:

Tutor / Assessor in Business Administration

We are seeking an experienced Business Administration / Business Management Professional to deliver high quality training and assessment to learners within the Business Administration sector i.e. Apprenticeships in Business Administration up to Level 4.

  • £26,621 - £29,297 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
  • Ensure training and assessment strategies and materials are planned and accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners and that cross-cutting themes (for example, ESDGC, Welsh Ethos, ES, Employability) are embedded and assessed effectively.
  • Plan and deliver up to 12 hours per week of training to learners as required.
  • Teach, assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement.
About you:
  • Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or BusinessManagement.
  • Proven track record of working and training within Business Administration or Business Management.
