We are currently looking for an Assistant Reprographics Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide an effective reprographics, administration and reception service.
The main duties of the post;
Experience with design layout software is essential. A willingness to learn with a passion for design can be supported with appropriate on the job training.
Experience of NPT personnel and stock management systems,
Ideally you are required to have GCSEs/ Level 2 Certificate in Reprographics
/Level 2 Award in Graphic Design/ Equivalent qualification.

- Design and produce artwork/resources for schools such as signage, programmes, booklets, forms etc.,
- Produce audio-visual resources for schools such as information videos, concerts, audio recordings,
- Operating additional ancillary finishing equipment such as printers, guillotines, presses etc.,
- Printing and reproduction of various materials related to schools,
- Administration work entering job logs and costing via MS Access and MS Excel,
- Monitoring and maintaining IT equipment, managing stock levels of paper, toner and various other consumables, including the purchasing of items via the iProcurement system,
- Processing and coding purchase invoices to relevant departments,
- Other day to day logistical operations required to assist the department
