Gladstone Primary is a wonderful school that dates back to 1906 and consists of two main buildings with extensive playgrounds and green spaces. We are looking for a Headteacher who is able to look beyond the school gates and develop positive relationships with families and the wider community.
They will be committed to working in partnership with governors to lead and develop an outstanding school that is at the heart of the local community.

- the provisions of the Education Acts
- any orders and regulations having effect there under
- the Instrument of Government of the school of which they are a Headteacher
- any scheme prepared by the Local Education Authority under Section 48 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998
- the Terms of their contract of employment
- any rules, regulations or policies laid down by the Authority, with respect to matters for which the Governing Body under their powers has derived from any of the sources specified above
- any rules, regulations or policies laid down by the Authority with respect to matters for which the Governing Body is not responsible.
