Ysgol Calon Lân is an all age (3-19) Special School for learners with a wide variety of additional learning needs. Ysgol Calon Lân was established in 2025 following the amalgamation of Ysgol Pen-y-Bryn and Ysgol Crug Glas, we are based over three sites, Tŷ Clase, Tŷ Penlan and Tŷ Dyfatty.

Ysgol Calon Lân is an extremely dynamic special school with high aspirations for all our pupils. The ideal candidate will be someone who:

• Has very good interpersonal skills and is able to work effectively as part of a team

• Is able to lead and manage class and class team on prescribed sessions and in short term absence of the teacher.

• Will be deeply committed to our school, our pupils, our staff and our wider community.
