We have an opportunity to appoint a pool of flexible individuals to join our team of examination invigilators/scribes to support our pupils during exam periods. We are looking for individuals with good communication, IT, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and adhere to rules and regulations.
Key responsibilities include providing invigilation for internal and external examinations, acting as a reader or scribe as required, and supervision of pupils using word processors. The role includes both invigilation for whole year groups and support for individual pupils requiring reader/scribe as necessary.
The role has variable hours which will be confirmed and agreed with the Examinations Officer. The school exam periods are November, December, February, May and June, so availability during these times is essential. All successful candidates will have full training prior to commencement.
