The governors want to appoint an individual to work as a personal assistant to the Headteacher.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all the school's financial matters as well as leading the administrative team and other ancillary staff.

This busy school in Llansamlet, wants to appoint a person:
  • Who has extensive experience of working in a school office.
  • Has a background or qualifications in finance
  • Has high computer skills.

The successful candidate is expected to:-
  • Administer all the school's accounts
  • Be accountable to the Headteacher when leading the administrative team, by offering an advisory service on personnel and financial matters as well as other administrative work.
  • Data entry and processing
  • Be a flexible and energetic person. Be an organized person, who has the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Have good English and Welsh skills.
