Specialist Physiotherapist (Casual Contract)
SPECIALIST PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST – CASUAL CONTRACT
1 day per week (flexible day to be agreed)
Maes Ebbw School, Newport

Maes Ebbw School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a casual (as and when) basis, working 1 day per week to support pupils with severe and complex learning needs.

The successful candidate will provide specialist physiotherapy advice and support, working closely with school staff and external professionals to enable pupils to access learning, develop their physical skills and participate fully in school life. You will manage your caseload, contribute to IDPs and reviews, and support safe and effective physiotherapy practice across the school.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a warm, supportive and highly specialist school community.
We are looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
- Has significant experience working with children or young people with complex needs in a special school background
- Demonstrates strong communication, assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Works collaboratively and flexibly as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team
