Governors at St Julian’s School. are looking to appoint an outstanding school support officer to start as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an improving school, with high expectations and aspirations to become an outstanding school with the autonomy to research and promote new ability to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required.
The School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive professional, who is a friendly and self-motivated team player, to join our Business Support Team.
This role would be suitable for an exceptional candidate, who is committed to join a friendly and supportive team and who is willing to contribute to our positive and welcoming school ethos.
As a key member of the Business Support team you will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and developing good relations with all stakeholders. You will be adept at managing and developing social media channels and will have a keen eye for creating impactful and engaging content for internal promotions including the School website. The successful candidate will lead on facilitating the cover for absent teachers, ensuring all the schools cover needs are met on a daily basis. This includes working closely with agencies, and meeting and greeting agency staff when they arrive at the school.
The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, have excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to multitask. Training will be provided where necessary. If you are an innovative, creative communicator, we would like to hear from you.
