We are looking for someone who:
  • Can support pupils in the classroom and help them with their learning
  • Is happy to lend a hand to the class teacher with preparing resources, setting up activities, and helping to assess how pupils are doing
  • Can take on practical tasks that help keep the school running smoothly
  • Works well as part of a team and gets along with others
  • Has good communication skills and can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Has confident reading, writing, and number skills
  • Believes in using a restorative approach when it comes to behaviour
  • Feels comfortable supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs or those who are learning English as an additional language
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team
  • Is keen to get involved in the wider life of the school
