About the role
Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5 - 7, £25,583 - £26,403 (pro rata)
Hours of Work / Weeks per year: 35hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 52 weeks
Split Shift Working Pattern: 06:00 - 09:30 and 14:30 - 18:00 (subject to negotiation)
Description: We are seeking to appoint a highly responsible and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Manager/School Caretaker. To support the Headteacher/SLT and Governing Body in taking responsibility for the management of the school site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school by maintaining its facilities, grounds and equipment are in excellent condition, taking responsibility for the management of external contractors working on site, and to supervise other site staff including allocation and monitoring of work, if applicable.
