  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and the community.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to lead curriculum development and implement new initiatives.
  • Committed to promoting high standards of behaviour, well-being, and inclusion.
  • Confident in using technology to enhance teaching, learning, and leadership tasks.
  • Collaborative approach to working within a team and across the whole school community.
  • Reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to lead and contribute to whole-school improvement plans and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for creating an engaging, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
  • Set and maintain high expectations for pupil learning, behaviour, and well-being.
  • Be committed, diligent, and eager to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and parental engagement.
  • Be highly organised, motivated, and proactive.
  • Work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.
  • Continue to develop the school's approach to Cynefin, strengthening community links and fostering a sense of belonging.

In return, we can offer you:
  • A supportive and collaborative leadership team committed to your professional growth.
  • A motivated and friendly staff community dedicated to providing the best outcomes for children.
  • Pupils who are enthusiastic, respectful, and eager to learn.
  • Opportunities to lead and shape curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.
