About you
You will need:

• To teach within a Complex Needs Resource Base


• To Plan, delegate and evaluate work.


• Develop write and review IDPs, ensure that pupils barriers to learning are addressed through developing specialist ALPs within the resource base.


• Promote a creative and collaborative working environment.


• Developing positive working relationships with all staff across the school.
