The role:
Leading on all aspects of the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) agenda on behalf of the College, you will be for implementing the ALN Code of Practice and associated legislation.

• 37 Hours Per Week
• Permanent
• £55,250 - £60,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the central ALN/Neurodiversity team ensuring students receive an outstanding student experience
• To Implement an ALN strategy (FE, HE and Work Based Learning) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acting as operational ALNCo for the College reporting into the Vice Principal for Learner Experience and Inclusion for statutory compliance.
• To Identify and monitor resource requirements to maintain and improve ALN support across the College

About you:

• Registered FE teacher
• Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
• Experience of supporting learners with a range of additional learning and neurodiversity needs
• Experience of leading teams who support learners
• Collaborative team worker
