37 hours a week, 41 weeks per year

Governors at St Julian’s School are seeking a dedicated, hard working and enthusiastic business support officer to work alongside the Post 16 team and to assist the school’s data manager.

The successful person will be an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who will be highly flexible and able to meet the changing needs of our school, students, staff and parents. In addition, the person will be self-motivated, a good team player and eager to learn.

Your main role will be to support the Post-16 team and processes, including assisting with the organisation of Post-16 events. You will need strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and students effectively on a daily basis.

You will also assist the data manager with daily administrative tasks including collating examination results for Post-16 students, maintaining attendance records and processing EMA. In addition, the role also requires you to support wider school administration.

You will need to be highly organised and have experience managing an MIS (ideally SIMS).
