The Governing Body of Lliswerry High School are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with young people and adults, combining tact, diplomacy and discretion. The successful candidate will be well organised, self-confident, enthusiastic and motivated and enjoy working with young people. They will be a key part of the school pastoral team, playing a critical role in ensuring the well-being, behaviour and attendance of students with a specific year group. The role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage administrative procedures and provide essential pastoral support to students and their families.

The successful candidate will be:

- Willing to work as part of a hard-working, dedicated team
- Positive, proactive, with a good sense of humour who is willing to work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the school

Each role is full time 37 hours per week during term time only (39 weeks)

Holidays must be taken during school closure periods. The appointment process will involve an interview with members of the school leadership team and a selection of Governors.
