We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:
To work as part of the Marketing and Admissions department to ensure the College maximises applications through a range of liaison and marketing events and opportunities.
- Full time (37 hours per week)
- Fixed term for 12 months (maternity cover)
- £24,131 - £26,268 per annum
- Open to external candidates and internal staff (secondment)
- Gorseinon Campus, Swansea
- Interviews will take place w/c 9th December 2024 for a start date of 20th January 2025.
- Ensure a positive experience for learners as they transition to College by providing strong support throughout the process.
- Develop strong working relationships with learning areas across the College to support the admissions process.
- Coordinate the admissions process for identified learning areas and increase the awareness of the progression opportunities available.
- A recognised qualification in business administration and/or relevant experience.
- Experience of working with learners
- Ability to seek and arrive at positive solutions to problems
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the college is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period
