The Headteacher, staff, children and Governing Body at Tredegar Park Primary School are looking to employ an enthusiastic, energetic and happy caretaker to support the day to day running of the school.
This post is advertising a casual caretaker position meaning that hours worked will fluctuate depending on the needs of the school. Increased hours are likely to be given during the Autumn and Winter months when more time will be needed to clear the site of leaves and potential snow. During the school holidays, increased hours may be given to carry out duties such as painting and decorating.
The successful candidate will support the substantive caretaker with the range of responsibilities and duties to keep the site safe. This position will also include weekend working when the need arises.
We are looking for someone with passion and dedication in order to help us on our journey to provide the best quality education for all at Tredegar Park Primary School. The successful candidate will come into contact with children on a daily basis so it is really important that the successful candidate is positive and nurturing as well as being competent in carrying out the duties of a caretaker.

Start Date: As soon as possible once DBS checks and references have been verified.
