Governors are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor who will cover classes and manage learning through delivery of planned lessons. You will be expected to cover a variety of classes and subjects ensuring that work is completed whilst managing student behaviour. In order to undertake this responsibility effectively it will be necessary to understand and follow school policies and procedures and to develop and maintain good professional relationships with pupils and staff.

Ideally you will have experience of working with children, have a flexible approach to your work and enjoy being part of a team.

You should also have very good numeracy/literacy skills. Possession of NVQ 4 or an equivalent qualification, or the willingness to work towards obtaining the qualification is required.
