Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:

The College is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment to our learners and staff and this role is pivotal in achieving this. You will be responsible for driving forward the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda across the College. Identifying and co-ordinating initiatives that raise awareness and improve the College's profile with key stakeholders.

About you:
  • Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject
  • Experience of meaningful work on EDI issues or projects
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Ability to build networks and positively influence a range of different groups
