About us
The Executive Headteacher is seeking to appoint, first and foremost, an experienced professional with a strong organisational background. You will support the Executive Headteacher in the implementation of the school development plan in relation to finance, estates, human resources and business matters. Relevant experience in the education sector or another sector with a degree of transferability is desirable. We therefore welcome applications from a range of professional backgrounds.

Pencoedtre is currently going through an exciting transformation following a challenging few years which has been fully documented in the press. Significant organisational change has already taken place, making the school an exciting and vibrant place to work. These changes will ensure new staff have access to the very best professional development in Wales.

- A new Executive Head and Head of School have been appointed with extensive experience in school improvement.

- The Business Manager will benefit from support from an experienced Executive Headteacher and the Business Manager at Whitmore High School.
