We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible individual with relevant work experience to work with the school’s inclusion team from 2nd September 2024. The role will involve working under the guidance of members of the school leadership team, working closely with Senior Behaviour Support Officer and staff from across the school to play a key role in delivering pastoral and learning support to learners sent to the Inclusion Room (IR) office. In addition you will receive and supervise learners excluded from, or otherwise not working to a normal timetable.

A key part of this role is to support learners to access learning using appropriate strategies and resources.

Patience, understanding, resilience and a caring attitude along with the ability to provide support and build positive relationships is essential in this role.

You will be a team player who is able to organise and plan their own time. If you are motivated by how children learn and are able to inspire our more challenging children then we look forward to hearing from you.
