The applicant must create a positive, nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to meet their potential. Specialist training will be made available.

Applicants must be an excellent classroom practitioner who:

We can offer a warm, nurturing school community underpinned by a strong ethos and the support of a hardworking, committed team of staff and governors. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of and to shape the practice in our school.

Our recent successful Estyn Inspection (March 2023) noted many strengths ;

Neyland Community School is a place where pupils, staff and families feel welcomed and supported. At our school we talk about 'going above and beyond' and actively demonstrate this to our children, families and community. It is key that the successful applicant is part of this and demonstrates skills to actively become part of our positive and caring ethos whilst providing rich learning experiences to our pupils.
