Governors at St Julian’s School. are looking to appoint a Student Support Officer to work as part of the inclusion team and work towards the school's behaviour management strategy.

The post holder will be required to promote positive behaviour for learning across the school, assist Student Support Centre Manager / Progress Leaders with the effective support of behaviour, coordinate appropriate work, and provide a challenging and calm working environment.

The successful candidate will be a professional, enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated team player and will be able to work well under pressure, have excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to multitask. The ability to work independently is essential. Training will be provided where necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an improving school, with high expectations and aspirations to become an outstanding school with the autonomy to research and promote new abilities to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required.
