The Headteacher and Governing Body of St. Michael's RC Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This full-time post is offered on a fixed term basis commencing 30th September 2024 until 31st August 2025.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a practicing Catholic or is sympathetic and supportive of our Catholic ethos.
• can work well in a team, providing support for children, under the guidance of the teachers
• is sensitive to the emotional and wellbeing needs of children
• has had experience of working within a school
• has a sound understanding of child development

This post is offered on a fixed time basis of 32.5 hours per week (39 weeks). Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.
