The Governing Body are looking to appoint an attendance and pupil engagement officer. The successful candidate will be, energetic and committed to the principle of excellence in the learning and engagement of all young people. The post is aimed at engaging with pupils and families and helping to raise the levels of pupil attendance at school.

Llangatwg Community School is a highly successful 11 - 16 comprehensive located in the village of Cadoxton, just outside Neath. It is conveniently situated just off the M4.
