Job Title: Public Services Lecturer
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37
Salary: £22,905 - £45,079 per annum (dependent on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Services Lecturer within the Public Services department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based across sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for subject planning, preparation and assessment.
Responsibilities include the undertaking of all pedagogical work such as classroom teaching (which includes workshop etc), tutorial work associated with outreach, residential, open and distance learning courses as well as student placements.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree as well as a PGCE or willingness to work towards one and have demonstrable teaching experience. They will also have experience of working in the uniformed Public Services sector.
Welsh language skills would be desirable for this role.
