The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy External Funding Team in the College as the Multiply Project Administrator.
Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. It is a free provision aimed at anyone over 19 years of age that does not have GCSE Math's at grade C to build their confidence with numbers and gain a qualification (if applicable) to be able to secure employment and/or training.
The multiply project is funded through the shared prosperity fund by the UK Government.

- 37 hours per week
- Fixed term until December 2024 (Secondment considered)
- £22,982 - £25,017 per annum
- Tycoch and Kingsway campus
- You will ensure the collection and collation of all paperwork to support the effective roll out and delivery of the Multiply Project.
- Working closely with relevant staff, you will be required to maintain information on project outcomes and targets and also the financial aspects of the project.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate systems are established to support the delivery of this project.
- Experience of processing large volumes of paperwork and working in a busy office environment is essential
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience of administering externally funded projects and working with external partners would be desirable.
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the college is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period
