Days / Hours per Week: Full time
Permanent / Temporary: Secondment for one year initially
Description:
• To work under a Secondment of one year as Complex Needs Resource Base Manager at Jenner Park Primary
• To lead, develop and manage a Vale of Glamorgan Centre of Excellence for ALN pupils with Complex Needs
• To create, develop and maintain a high-quality educational environment for pupils with ALN
• To be a member of the Senior Management Team
• To be a Performance Management Team Leader
• The collation and analysis of pupil data.
• The collation and analysis of data for cognitive/ complex needs ALP for the LA, within mainstream schools
• Liaison with the LA and other outreach/ specialist teachers and specialist provisions.
• Writing and review of IDPs for pupils.
• To lead and support cognitive/ complex needs ALP for the LA, within mainstream schools.
• To provide support for the new ALN Act.
• The Co-ordination of Complex Needs Outreach for the Vale of Glamorgan
• To liaise and work with all school staff, as a member of SLT to promote inclusion of all pupils with ALN.
• To lead manage and develop through coaching and mentoring all staff within the Centre of Excellence and school.
• Aim to short list 27/9/23; Interviews 29/9/23; Preferred start date 6/10/23
