Two Learning Support Assistants Level 2
To commence as soon as possible.
Dŵr y Felin is a highly successful oversubscribed 11-16 Comprehensive School with excellent facilities serving
the centre of Neath. The school has an excellent reputation for its academic and pastoral wellbeing. Over
the last three years, the school has been recognised as a “green” school within the national categorisation of
schools. We have an inclusive ethos and the Additional Learning Needs Team work together to support pupils
by removing barriers to learning for those who find learning difficult.
The Governing Body are seeking to appoint two dynamic, forward thinking colleagues to the posts of Learning
Support Assistant (Level 2) at Dŵr y Felin Comprehensive School. The successful candidates will be expected
to take a key role in supporting the pupils with additional learning needs in a classroom on a 1:1 and small
group situation.
