We are currently looking for a Senior Children and Families Team Worker to join our team.

The main duties of the post;
- To provide team leadership to the children and families team. This to include the close supervision of the team.
- To supervise the organisation and delivery of parenting programmes and informal parenting support.
- To deputise for the manager at local and national meetings such as EIP Panel meetings and Strategic leads meetings and with other duties.
- To deliver a range of parenting interventions and programmes
You will have experience in/of;
- Experience of supervising and team leading
- Experience of devising team policies and procedure
- Experience of monitoring and evaluating outcomes
- Significant and practical experience of working with families with multiple and complex needs
- Experience of lone working in a family home and in the community
- Experience of delivering Parenting Programmes in a group and one to one setting.
- Minimum of Level 4 qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline
- Supervision or management qualification level 3 or above.
- Family Links Nurturing Programme Parent Group Leader Qualification or willingness to undertake the training
