Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 4:45pm to 6.45pm

39 weeks per year (term time)

A further 5 weeks during school holidays (to be arranged)

The Governing Body is looking to appoint a cleaner to work 10 hours per week, 44 weeks per year. You will work within a team of cleaners, and between you, you will be responsible for cleaning the entire school. Duties involve: vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces and cleaning toilets.

You will also be required to work a further 3 weeks during the school summer break, 1 week over the Easter break and 1 week over the Christmas break, in order to carry out a deep clean of the school. Days to be agreed.

Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.

The school has 385 pupils on roll whose age range is from 3-11 years. The school comprises of Nursery, and Primary.

The post will be offered on a permanent basis.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
