£22,369 - £23,194 - Actual starting salary £16,862

Governors at Dylan Thomas Community School are seeking to appoint a Learning Coach our TIDE Centre which supports the relationship between pupil well-being and standards.

The on-site TIDE Centre is an edge alternative pathway provision supporting vulnerable pupils at KS3 and KS4 towards raising levels of engagement, improving inclusion, attendance and reducing exclusions.

This post will play a vital role in the academic, social, emotional and behavioural development of a group of young people who are based in a high quality learning environment tailored to their needs.

Successful candidates will have a dedication to furthering pupils learning & development, together with the ability to use initiative and creativity. You will work as part of a successful team aiming to drive up standards and develop positive attitudes to learning through an enhanced level of support.
