Level 2 School Support Officer for 2 days (12 hours)

Level 3 School Support Officer for 3 days (20 hours 25 minutes)

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff at Penygarn Community Primary School. ">Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic School Support Assistant with proven organisational skills to join the administrative team of this vibrant and happy school.

You will be required to provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to our Senior School Support Officer and the Headteacher. You will be responsible for Pupil Attendance and supporting the School Support Officer in running the main school office, which is the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. The ability to work under pressure is essential.

You will require excellent communication and IT skills and sensitivity to the needs of all our school community. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SIMS Systems is desirable but not essential as appropriate training will be given.
