The Governing Body of Lliswerry High School are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate to join our highly successful Maths Department. Lliswerry High School is a thriving, multi-cultural, 11-18 mixed comprehensive school on the eastern side of Newport close to the M4. We currently have a superb opportunity for a new team member to join us.

The successful candidate will teach across the age and ability range and will be a key part of our supportive and successful maths team. The ability to teach A Level is welcomed, but is not essential.
It is anticipated that the person appointed will:

● possess ambition, belief, resilience, determination and a sense of humour

● be committed to their own professional learning
● have the ability to develop excellent working relationships with all stakeholders
● be able to use data to support learner progress effectively
● be committed to the vision of our school
