The Governing Body of Danygraig Primary wish to appoint two Temporary Teaching Assistants for 27.5 hours per week, with the possibility of an additional 2.5-hour Lunchtime Supervisor role.
1 post is in our Specialist Teaching Facility (STF) supporting learners with severe learning difficulties.
1 post is in our Foundation Phase department.

This post requires someone who -
Ideally has experience of working in a primary school or childcare setting or has relevant experience of working with young people with additional learning needs (ALN).
Holds relevant qualifications, eg. GCSEs, or NVQ or other relevant qualifications and experience.
Has excellent Literacy, Numeracy and Digital skills.
Is passionate about working with children to support them to achieve their potential.
Has excellent communication skills and is able to nurture, support, challenge and inspire our children.
Is able to support the planning and delivery of high quality, authentic and purposeful learning experiences, both indoors and outdoors.
Is able to support pupils for whom English is an Additional Language.
Works individually and as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
Supports the life of the school and the wider community.
