St Julian’s School is a large, inclusive secondary school in Newport, educating around 1,500 students aged 11–18. We strive to be a school for all where everyone succeeds, underpinned by our values of respect, inclusion, collaboration and ambition.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead the business operations of our school. This is a key role on our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for finance, human resources, and strategic resources, as well as supporting the wider strategic direction of the school.

● Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving organisational change
● Extensive knowledge of financial planning and managing large budgets, ideally within an education setting
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare business cases and influence strategic decisions
