About the role
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an exceptionally able and motivated individual who will be fully committed to building on our existing highly effective practice. The successful candidate will drive continued innovation and evolution, whilst ensuring the wellbeing of our exceptional pupils and staff.

About you
We are looking for a Headteacher who will:
- place the wellbeing of children and staff at the heart of maintaining an inclusive and nurturing school
- be an excellent communicator, committed to fostering strong partnership between pupils, staff and parents/families
- lead by example in providing and accessing high quality professional learning and promoting a coaching culture
- work in tandem with a high skilled and motivated senior and middle leadership team and Governing Body to lead the school effectively
- inspire and motivate staff and pupils to achieve their full potential
- demonstrate a proven track record of robust financial management and have the courage to lead on difficult decisions in an extremely challenging financial climate
- make robust use of self- evaluation findings, including data, to identify the most pertinent areas for improvement
- bring creativity and innovation to the future development and strategic direction of the school
- lead and manage change effectively, and support others through change
- continue to build strong collaborations with other schools to foster mutually beneficial relationships
