You will hold a caseload of parents with varying needs, some very complex and key tasks will involve lone working. Knowledge/awareness of Social Services, Safeguarding, Child Protection, Court Proceedings, court reports and Statements is essential for this post.
The post holder will need a wide range of skills and experience of working with and alongside parents that are facing difficulties. An ability to work under pressure to complete work by set timescales is essential.
