The role:
Assisting in all food preparation, cooking and serving of meals, and provide cover on other College sites as required.

- Gorseinon Campus, Swansea
- Assisting the Cook with day to day food production in line with daily menu requirements, nutritional & allergen guidelines, following food hygiene regulations and ensuring high standards of presentation
- To cook and serve breakfast
- Assist with the organization and setting up of Servery counter and service of food whilst practicing portion controls as per guidelines
- To assist in the cleaning of the kitchen and associated areas
- Minimum NVQ Level 2
- Experience in the food industry cooking for small numbers, or assisting in a larger outlet
- Honest & reliable
- Excellent standards of food hygiene
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and the college is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period
