The postholder would also be required to support the Lead ALN Performance Specialist and other ALNIT colleagues in the development of guidance and resources, delivering online and face to face training and providing regular support to schools so that they can build their capacity to support learners with additional learning needs.

The post advertised above is part funded by Welsh Government until March 2026, therefore the role is being advertised initially as a secondment opportunity within Swansea Local Authority. Beyond this date a continuation of this post will be subject to funding.
