About The Service
Based at Radyr High School your are responsible for managing all aspects of the business and service activities in the catering facility.
About the job
Manage food production including menu planning, food preparation, presentation and service. The day to day organisation and supervision of the food service and promtion of the service to customers.

To ensure all policies, protocols and procedures determined by Cardiff Catering and legislation are adhered to.

Additional information
This post is part time and will work 35 hours per week/39 weeks per year. The salary shown however relates to 37 hours per week/52 weeks per year and will therefore be pro-rata'd accordingly.
