We are looking for a lively, enthusiastic individual who has good interpersonal skills and is a strong team player. Previous school experience is desirable but not essential.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting and supervising the caretaking team with all aspects of site maintenance, safety, security and cleanliness of the school.

We are looking to recruit a candidate who can provide a strong and positive role model for students and someone who is keen to contribute to the schools vision and values.

The successful candidate will possess a range of practical skills in order to contribute to the general site maintenance and improvement works and be fit and able to cope with the physically challenging duties of a lead caretaker. They will have sound understanding of Health and Safety and well developed administration and organisational skills ensuring that important activities are completed with tight timescales and accuracy. They will be able to work logically, resourcefully, proactively and efficiently.

Experience as a supervisor and qualification in Health and Safety are desirable.
