Llanwern High School is seeking to recruit a Behaviour Support Officer to supervise, organise, and oversee the running of the Internal Exclusion room in the School as part of the school's behaviour management strategy.

The post holder will be required to promote positive behaviour for learning across the school and assist Heads of Year and Area Leads with the effective support of behaviour.

Llanwern High School is a mixed 11-18 comprehensive school that serves much of the eastern side of Newport. It is housed in a modern building that provides a learning environment appropriate for a 21st century education. There are over 1000 pupils on roll with pupil numbers envisaged to grow in the coming years. Llanwern High School provides a high level of support and offers a positive and welcoming working environment, excellent staff wellbeing and professional development for all employees.
