Job Description

Grade 3 - £22,737 for 29 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £15,653.95 pro rata

The position is for 29 hours per week during term time, on a fixed-term contract until August 31, 2025.

We require a confident and able individual to join our successful Learning Support Department.

We are seeking individuals with:

  • level 2 (or above) qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy
  • a passion for learning and wellbeing
  • an empathy with young people
  • excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Learning Support Assistants work alongside staff and students to:

  • enhance the learning of students with a wide range of learning needs
  • enable students to gain independence and participate in the curriculum and in the general life of the school
  • provide support in meeting the health and wellbeing needs of individuals
