The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a vibrant Faculty Office based at our Gorseinon site.
  • Full-time (37 hours per week)
  • Permanent
  • £36,833 - £39,209 per annum
  • Gorseinon campus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring all central and Faculty administrative systems are consistently and accurately implemented supporting the effective management of the Faculty
  • Ensure the efficient running of the Faculty office delivering a high quality service for Managers, staff and learners
  • Report to the Dean of Faculty
About you:
  • 5 GCSE passes (grade A-C) including English & Maths or equivalent
  • Previous experience of recording, analysing data and producing statistics
  • Experience of working with budgets
  • Excellent administrative skills
