The Governing Body are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic ALN Intervention Officer. The post will work under the direct instruction/guidance of the ALNco/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for students and to assist the development of social, emotional and behavioural skills through delivering individualised intervention programmes. Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Development/Behaviour Plans, One Page Profiles and Personal Care programmes.
• Deliver personalised interventions for students with Behaviour, Emotional and Social Difficulties on an individualised basis and in small groups.
• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students.
• Use strategies, in liaison with the ALNCo, to support students to achieve their learning goals/developmental aims.
• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students.
