The Headteacher, Governing Body and children at Milton Primary School are looking to appoint 2 Level 3 Teaching Assistants. Applications are welcomed from teaching assistants who are committed to children’s well-being and the raising of standards with a willingness to contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
You could be the one for us if you:
• are a caring practitioner who places the wellbeing of children at the heart of their practice
• can work well in a team, modelling excellent relationships, with both pupils and staff
• is sensitive to the emotional, social and wellbeing needs of children
• has a sound understanding of child development
• is able to build good relationships with parents and the wider school community
• has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The appointment process will involve an observation of each candidate working with a group of children.
