Head of MFL
The school is seeking to appoint a highly qualified, dynamic and inspirational practitioner able to engage
students with their passion for languages and to lead this successful department with an established record
of success at both GCSE and and A level. As a school we believe that a great education transforms lives and
communities. High quality teaching and learning delivering a knowledge-rich curriculum is our priority in
ensuring the best possible outcomes, experiences and progression for our students.
Teaching and learning is at the heart of all that we do here at YJB. We have worked deliberately over the
recent years to establish a culture of developing teaching and learning. Teachers here value a working
environment where through collaboration, support, training and coaching, they are on a continual journey of
development in their own practise and pedagogy.
