The Headteacher and Governing Body of Maindee Primary School are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly-motivated teacher to join our very successful school.
This post is to cover maternity leave until the return of the teacher. Dates of employment would be September 2024 - March 2025
This role is advertised as a primary teacher role, the year group will be allocated according to the strengths of the successful candidate which could be in any age phase of the school from Nursery - Year 6.
We are seeking an excellent practitioner who has:
• a high level of expertise in the primary age phase
• passion and ability to inspire children to have a love of learning
• high expectations of learning and behaviour
• enthusiasm and a commitment to professional development
• dedication to the inclusion of all pupils
• place high emphasis on developing quality positive and enriching learning experiences
• has the ability to develop strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• an understanding of teaching children with English as an additional language
We can offer:

The appointment process will involve a lesson observation,following which successful candidates will be
